When you're in love you never really know whether your elation comes from the qualities of the one you love, or if it attributes them to her; whether the light which surrounds her like a halo comes from you, from her, or from the meeting of your sparks.

“Have you ever been in love? Horrible isn't it? It makes you so vulnerable. It opens your chest and it opens up your heart and it means that someone can get inside you and mess you up. You build up all these defenses, you build up a whole suit of armor, so that nothing can hurt you, then one stupid person, no different from any other stupid person, wanders into your stupid life...You give them a piece of you. They didn't ask for it. They did something dumb one day, like kiss you or smile at you, and then your life isn't your own anymore. Love takes hostages. It gets inside you. It eats you out and leaves you crying in the darkness, so simple a phrase like 'maybe we should be just friends' turns into a glass splinter working its way into your heart. It hurts. Not just in the imagination. Not just in the mind. It's a soul-hurt, a real gets-inside-you-and-rips-you-apart pain. I hate love.”
Ladies Take Care

“Women are like apples on trees, the best ones are on the top of the tree. The men don't want to reach for the good ones because they are afraid of falling and don't want to get hurt. Instead, they just get the rotten apples from the ground that aren't so good but easy. So, the apples at the top think something is wrong with them, when in reality they are amazing. They just have to wait for the right man to come along, the one who's brave enough to climb all the way to the top becuase they value quality.”

leadership

We are told that leadership is serviceship but in our institutions this term is misused, wearing gumboots and building fake buildings that is not serviceship its just lowering the dignity and destroy the images of the institutions.
The current world needs corrupt free environment and courageous leaders not leaders who run away from responsibilities just passing outside the fence instead of facing the reality of what is on the ground.
Leadership starts from home in the family if you are stressing your family until even people realize then watch out. Just pleasing visitors while on the ground there is nothing that is not leadership. Just humble yourself and you will be lifted lift yourself you will be lowered down.
The love of money is the root of evil our leaders love money as compared to life of other individuals one can't appreciate what one has done to an organization. when such a person dies it is laughter to a foolish leader who doesn't value the work that one has done instead he puts money forward than anything else.
If that is the way to lead then we are death.

WHAT IS IT
In the world we are living we are faced with many challenges that may hinder us from getting the best opportunity that we dream of. These ones are there and you cannot avoid them, the moment you try to avoid them may be through smoking, drinking the more they come.
For example if you engage in either drinking or smoking you become a slave to this things and you are hooked up in whole of your life not unless you change. I have seen many who are slaves of these two things, someone said "When my mother brought me to the world she gave me these as my first food.
Where will you head to after the use of the drugs, you know you will be a nuisance to yourself and to the society. How many young people who have turned to robbery and harlotly just because of drugs. We have lost many intelligent minds who could have helped to build a better country. What is happening to the youths? are they be witched? of course some may conclude like that. But the essence remains the same its the influence created by the Parents who are suppose

The story of a donkey
One day a farmer's donkey fell down into a well.
The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do.
Finally, he decided the animal was old, and the well needed to be covered up anyway;
it just wasn't worth it to retrieve the donkey. He invited all his neighbors to come over and help him.
They all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well.
At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly.
Then, to everyone's amazement he quieted down. A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well. He was astonished at what he saw.
With each shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey was doing something amazing.
He would shake it off and take a step up. As the farmer's neighbors continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal,
he would shake it off and take a step up.
Pretty soon, everyone was amazed as the donkey
stepped up over the edge of the well and happily trotted off!
MORAL :
Life is going to shovel dirt on you, all kinds of dirt.
The trick to getting out of the well is to shake it off and take a step up.
Each of our troubles is a stepping stone. We can get out of the deepest wells just by not stopping, never giving up! Shake it off and take a step up.
